ADVENTURES OF THE CANADIAN FAMILY ROBINSON

Welcome to our Website! We are the Robinson Family, Mom, Dad and 5 kids and our dog Soloman. We have decided we are ready to do something different.. So have decided to sell our 2100 square foot home and buy a 5th wheel to move into. We want to spend more time as a family while the kids are young and explore together. Our long term goals… We are looking for some land that we can eventually call home to that we can sustain ourselves on and live off the grid. And we are looking for the perfect sailboat for our family and hope to leave at the same time as Nana and Papa (Kim’s Mom and step-dad) on their boat ‘Salish Sea’ in the fall of 2009 to sail to Mexico on the first leg of a “Around the World” Trip. We found a boat this winter that we LOVED and decided that we wanted to wait it out until the kids were a bit older and have a few more out of diapers. So this website/blog will hopefully be updated often and keep all our friends and family posted on our travels/adventures

I am Sierra, I really like frogs. Today I went to the pond behind my house. We have been hearing frogs calling at night. So we went to look for some eggs. We found an egg cluster which we carefully picked up with a stick. We kept them in a pot filled with pond water on the kitchen counter..
