is one thing we will miss.. Our is small but still we will miss it! When we buy land again we want to find something with good sun exposure where we can grow more food. this year we didn’t know if we would be here all summer with the house being up for sale. So we didn’t plant too much. Three pea varieties, 2 tomato varieties, carrots, kale, lettuce, potatoes, onions, mint, sunflowers and whatever other seed packets got dumped around the garden by the toddlers in the house

We had to say a very sad goodbye to our dog Soloman yesterday. We loved him so much and he was such a huge part of our family, he will be missed so much by us all!
I will add in here what Curtis wrote in his “eulogy” email

To All our Friends and Family
We have some sad news… We had to put our wonderful dog Soloman to sleep yesterday. He was 12 years old..
Soloman has been very sick the last few months with a brain tumor and was getting worse everyday.
He was a smart, loving, bright, loyal, protective and beautiful dog!
Soloman was named after the wise King Soloman. He lived up to his name.
He was the most amazing dog. It was hard seeing him sick, but he put in a great effort till the end.
We took him to his favorite place on his last day. When we used to drive out to Shawnigan Lake, Soloman would start squeaking with excitement as we turned the last few corners approaching the lake. We could never figure out how he could tell when we were getting close, but he did it every time.
So it was to this place we took him to spend his last day. He swam, stood in the water and Barked with excitement on his wobbly legs.
Soloman let us know he was ready to go, and he went peacefully. It was a hard decision to make to end his suffering, but we are sure he is happy to have had a great long life with the Robinson family.

We will miss you Soloman.

Love
Curtis, Kim, Summer, Sierra, Ocean, Indigo and Cedar
